We are offering your legal advice and assistance with regular civil issues and events (inheritance, property, collection of receivables, purchase, gift, exchange rights and duties arising from ownership and co-ownership, rental, family and neighbourly disputes, unjust enrichment, indemnity for damages, protection of personality rights, establishment of rights in rem, returns/complaints and many other), together with any inspections or execution of contractual documents and filings in terms of the Civil Code and the Civil Procedure Code as well as representation before courts and other authorities.

This is the most sensitive legal field, generally affecting minors and your privacy. As far as this domain is concerned, we focus mainly on provision of consulting services relevant to establishment and termination of a legal relationship (termination of employment, in/valid termination of employment), including any reviews or drafting of agreements and relevant documents (non-competition clauses), amicable/court resolutions of disputes between employees and employers, dealing with occupational accidents and disputes over indemnity/compensation.

Our activities in this domain comprise provision of legal consulting in regular business relations and operations of our clients, including execution and assessment of contractual documents relevant with their business operations, representation before courts and other authorities, dealing with counter parties to negotiate settlement agreements. Furthermore, we provide assistance with founding or transformation of business companies, share transfers or liquidation of companies (including the particular entries of facts into the Companies Register).

This service is specific and tailored for foreigners from both EU and non-EU countries intending to settle or run their own business in the Czech Republic, or other individuals already residing in here and still lacking sufficient language and legal knowledge to arrange their essential matters. We will be glad to assist you with obtaining visa or long-term residency permits, purchase or rental of property, founding a company; we will represent you in negotiations with private or public institutions.

The initial consultation aimed at the very essentials of your situation and assessment of further procedure is free of charge. Any legal services will be then provided pursuant to the agreement of legal fee to be concluded, whereas the fee may be determined on hourly, tariff or fixed basis, per item, per the legal tariffs or pro rata with respect to the outcome value (success fee). The kind and amount of fee are agreed with clients on an individual basis, with respect to their interests, needs, options and with regard to the estimated material and time exigency of the particular matter/case. Any substantial aspects of the fee will be explained prior to the commencement of any legal services. Any work performed is transparent, recorded by means of minutes or deeds/actions and out bills for services will show details of individual supplies provided.
